📋 Description

• Play a key role in the organization serving both internal and external customers • Support the strategic planning processes for the NA Cellular Therapy business unit • Lead market situation analysis, segmentation and targeting, product launch, sales training, forecasting • Enable sales funnel velocity through ideal customer/prospect experiences • Partner with a cross-functional team of product marketing, sales excellence, regulatory, medical affairs, and sales • Connect internal resources and local sales to coordinate insights and solutions towards commercial success

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s/ PhD degree in life science area and MBA highly preferred • Bachelor’s degree of Biotechnology/ life science-related major • 10 years’ marketing experience with 3-5 years’ experience in the life sciences/ cell and gene therapy industry preferred • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in at least one of the following areas: marketing, sales, technical sales, scientist • In-depth knowledge of bioprocessing applications, R&D, and manufacturing processes • Proficient in understanding, analyzing, and summarizing complex technical, market and research data • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
