📋 Description

• Planning, initialization, management, controlling, and completion of projects • Manage scope, budget, and schedule adherence within projects • Responsible for risk management and proactive change management • Regular, transparent, and timely customer communication • Develop and implement interdisciplinary concepts for clients (logistics/SCM, quality management, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, business development, project management, finance/controlling, and business management) • Ensure compliance with and contribute to optimization and further development of project management standards • Coach colleagues or clients in management of projects, sub-projects, or workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in economics or industrial engineering, technical study course, natural sciences, or related fields • 3+ years experience as a project manager in classic or agile projects • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry or medical technology setups • Knowledge of classic (PRINCE2, PMI) or agile (Scrum, SAFe, IPMA) management systems; certifications welcome • Experience as internal project manager, management consultant, or key account manager • Convincing appearance, presentation and moderation skills, and strong communication skills • Analytical capabilities and a hands-on mentality • Business fluent English (and possibly German) • Good command of MS Office
