📋 Description

• Coordinate annual/monthly objectives and performance cycles. • Ensure organization and upkeep of our tools (Notion, Drive, Slack, Factorial). • Develop dashboards and support teams with internal processes and rituals. • Implement and manage the task management tool. • Coordinate culture, engagement and internal communication initiatives. • Structure HR policies, ensure legal compliance and support employees with operational queries. • Monitor occupational health, vacations and employment documentation. • Support financial forecasting, budget control and cost optimization. • Ensure payments, invoice management and regular updating of the P&L. • Ensure compliance with legal and tax obligations and maintain compliance documentation (including GDPR).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, ability to structure processes and manage internal tools (Notion, Drive, Slack, Factorial). • Clear, diplomatic communication and ability to coordinate across teams. • Solid knowledge of People Ops (contracts, policies, labor compliance). • Basic Finance Ops knowledge (treasury, invoicing, reporting, budget control). • Ability to work autonomously, attention to detail and comfort with digital tools. • Structure, discipline and execution-oriented mindset. • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. • Proactivity, autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
