• Test our application to make sure introduced changes meet requirements. • Identify opportunities to extend the level of test’s automation. • Liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank including international locations. • Set the test strategy to ensure that all aspects of the business and technical capability can be tested and the application meets the required level for quality, performance and stability. • Define, implement and manage the test process that ensures all testing is executed in such a way as to meet all required controls. • Drive continuous improvement to reduce the time needed to achieve the required levels of test coverage.
• A strong graduate degree in Computer Science, Business or an equivalent qualification. • At least 5 years’ experience in IT or business sectors. • Fluent in English oral and written communications. • Intermediate knowledge in several industries: finance, telecommunication and technology. • Authorised to work in Poland.
