🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in good standing to practice law in the U.S. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant practice areas • Federal court practice with constitutional challenges • Strong research and writing skills • Writ of mandamus knowledge • Writ of habeas corpus knowledge • Due process knowledge (procedural and substantive) • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter and able to work independently
