📋 Description

• Provide remote immigration paralegal support for client law firms • Prepare and manage immigration forms (Adjustments of Status, I-130, I-765, Affidavit of Support, N-400, DS-160, DS-260) • Work approximately 5+ hours per week on contract basis • Join national network of freelance attorneys and paralegals, available for short-term and long-term projects

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years work experience • Experience as an Immigration Paralegal • Knowledge of immigration forms: Adjustments of Status, Petition I-130, I-765, Affidavit of Support, Citizenship Applications (N-400?), Consular Processing DS-160 and DS-260 • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter and able to work independently
