📋 Description

• The Sr Business Domain Architect plays a critical role in enhancing business processes through the strategic design, analysis, and implementation of technology solutions. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand needs and recommend process improvements. • Partners closely with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into scalable, sustainable solutions. • Requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, analytical acumen, and change management capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required. • 7+ years of experience in business process engineering, process improvement, or business analysis roles. • Experience working in a CPG or manufacturing environment preferred but not required. • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar methodologies is a plus. • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
