📋 Description

• Designs, configures, and develops user and client solutions • Delivers improvements and evaluates, implements, and sustains secondary system integrations • Supports and manages assigned Corporate & Investment Banking changes • Collaborates with Senior Manager to perform trend analysis and uncover key insights • Maintains and drives adoption of methodology for corporate platforms • Provides tools, training and support aligned to corporate strategy • Manages & maintains design and implementation of assigned initiatives • Designs & builds datasets to extract, transform, and structure data • Collaborates with stakeholders to provide management information • Manages & maintains Salesforce and applications by troubleshooting inquiries • Conducts root cause analysis, logging & tracking issues • Evaluates performance goals, product effectiveness and implements methodologies • Collaborates with cross functional teams on the integration of Salesforce solutions • Designs & delivers training and learning material

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years experience in the financial services industry • Excellent knowledge of various platforms (including salesforce) • Proven experience identifying and resolving performance problems and data quality issues in Salesforce • Experience in projects and change initiates in relation to enhancing processes and procedures • High level understanding of how various products within the Salesforce ecosystem should be utilized • At least 3 years proven experience solving problems using quantitative approaches • At least 3 years experience with large datasets • Experience with advanced data visualization best practice and techniques • Understanding of business requirements and transforming them into actionable solutions • Working knowledge of sales engagement platforms and document management platforms • Proven experience with preparing presentations for senior leadership audiences
