📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to deliver scalable solutions. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies. • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems. • Ensure software development follows best practices and company standards. • (Optional) Assist in leading small project teams or mentoring junior developers, depending on experience and interest.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of professional software development experience • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#) • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Must reside in the Caribbean • Experience leading development teams or managing software projects (preferred) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred) • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) (preferred) • Full-stack development experience (preferred) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred)
