• Support the development and implementation of a Strategic Cyber Organizational Management Strategy • Develop a Defensive Cyber Operations Plan focusing on three different lines of effort: cyber policy and plans development; cyber workforce development; and defensive cyber operations and training • Lead policy and plans development in complex military or government cyber environments • Communicate complex cyber concepts and policies to diverse audiences
• At least 10 years in military cyberspace operations, including 5 years directly supporting joint or strategic-level cyber planning • Proven ability to formulate and implement cyber strategies that align with national security priorities • Experienced with the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and Joint Publication 5.0 • Skilled in creating and executing cyber policies, frameworks, and campaign plans • Extensive experience working with U.S. Cyber Command, Combatant Commands, Cyber Security Operations Centers, or the Joint Staff J6
• Remote support (CONUS) and forward engagements (OCONUS) as part of a U.S. Government team • Executive level professional experience performed at the O6/GS-15 (or equivalent) level • At least 10 years in military cyberspace operations • U.S. Secret Security Clearance required
