• Launch, maintain, and monitor post-purchase flows across multiple products and funnels • Set up and track item IDs ensuring correct configuration for fulfillment, pricing, and product availability • Perform QA checks to ensure flawless execution of post-purchase experiences • Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and visitor data to identify optimization opportunities • Design, track, and evaluate A/B tests, calculate results, and share insights with the team • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and analysts to ensure smooth execution of workflows • Troubleshoot technical issues within post-purchase flows • Support the team with data organization, reporting, and analytics • Other assigned tasks as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing Technology, E-commerce, Front-end, Mathematics, or related fields • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks • Interest in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) and post-purchase experience • Basic understanding of A/B testing, QA processes, and data analysis • Hands-on mindset: comfortable setting up and maintaining systems • Fluency in English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken) • Bonus: frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JS), analytics tools (Excel, GA4), or marketing technology experience
