📋 Description
• Create recruiting strategy including job descriptions and plans • Interact with potential candidates on social media and job boards • Organize and conduct online interviews • Manage existing internal candidate database • Act as a point of contact for candidate experience • Manage daily operations and hiring-related documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Higher Education • Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles • Experience in headhunting is a bonus • Strong record as a team player • Excellent communication in Lithuanian and English • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal, analytical & organizational skills • Passionate about recruitment
