📋 Description

• You plan, implement, and analyze the social media strategy for the DACH market across relevant platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and others. • You are full of creative ideas and, together with our videographers and graphic design teams, produce content that not only fits the brand but excites the community. • You have a good eye for design and video and ensure high-quality, visually appealing execution. • You keep a constant eye on social media trends, platform features, tools and best practices — and use them before they become mainstream. • You work closely with influencers, develop collaborative content and thereby strengthen our brand message. • You analyze the performance of content pieces and derive actions to improve reach, engagement and conversion. • You ensure our brand voice remains consistent across all channels and that the community is actively engaged.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. • You bring at least one year of experience in social media marketing, ideally in the FMCG sector or in sports/nutritional products. • You have a strong understanding of social media, trends and platform dynamics. • You are highly familiar with major social media platforms and tools and know how to address different target groups. • You speak fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
