📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites for API and UI layers • Collaborate with QA and development teams to define and implement testing solutions • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline • Contribute to load, stress, and endurance testing to validate system performance and scalability • Identify performance bottlenecks and partner with engineering teams on remediation • Analyze test failures, perform root cause analysis, and create actionable defect reports • Validate software against requirements and quality standards • Perform manual testing where automation is not appropriate • Promote consistent testing practices across distributed development teams • Recommend improvements to automation, testing processes, and quality practices • Mentor team members on automation development, design patterns, testing strategies, and best practices • Provide technical leadership in building maintainable, scalable, and reusable test frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in an Agile, highly collaborative, team-based environment • 5+ years of experience developing API and UI test automation solutions • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Playwright • Experience contributing to load/performance testing efforts using tools such as JMeter, k6, or Gatling • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns • Proficiency in C#, Java, or JavaScript • Strong understanding of web and browser technologies • BS and/or MS in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Software Engineering • Bonus: 5+ years of experience in mobile application testing, including manual and automated testing • Bonus: Strong understanding of iOS and Android technologies • Bonus: Proficiency with Selendroid and Appium
