• Responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the PDX business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. • Lead the regional sales organization and drive sustainable revenue growth. • Develop long-term customer and market strategies for the PDX portfolio. • Combine strategic sales leadership, team management and key account oversight with strong cross-functional collaboration.
• University degree in a natural science or comparable qualification. • Several years of successful sales experience in life sciences, medical technology or healthcare, with proven leadership experience in sales management. • Experience managing strategic accounts, complex commercial projects, and ideally leading regional or international sales teams. • Strong commercial and strategic understanding, with experience in change management and organizational development. • Confident handling of forecasting, KPI and pipeline management, as well as CRM and reporting tools (in particular Salesforce and Power BI). • Strong leadership, coaching, communication and negotiation skills combined with high customer orientation and an entrepreneurial mindset. • Fluent German and English, driving license (Class B) and high willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 60%).
