• Developing strategy & project plans, timelines, and budgets, and then managing the execution of those plans • Allocating and managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution • Track and management project budgets, monitor financial performance and deliver accurate reporting to senior management • Maintaining regular communication with business leaders, team members, and other stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and deliverables • Ensuring that all laboratory construction work is conducted in accordance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements and ensures compliance with all internal/external EH&S Regulations and codes • Tracking project progress against defined milestones and taking corrective actions as needed to stay on schedule and within budget • Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering an inclusive environment
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Project Management in a similar highly regulated industry, prefer commercial laboratory environment • Excellent leadership/coaching skills; continuous improvement mindset; agile and flexible • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities with a multi-disciplinary team who need to communicate and cooperate to achieve success • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Outstanding leadership skills with a proven record of successfully leading multi-faceted cross-functional teams • Experience managing complex projects across multiple states
