• The Technical Sales Specialist (m/f/d) for Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry identifies potential opportunities within this market and customer segment to increase Thermo Fisher Scientific’s customer loyalty and revenue. • The TSS uncovers customer interest in our products and advances Thermo Fisher Scientific’s value proposition. • The TSS supports and manages the sales funnel and forecasts in collaboration with country managers and their sales teams. • Consults with Key Account Managers and internal partners to secure customer forecasts for new and existing business activities. • Uses Thermo Fisher Scientific’s sales tools to efficiently manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
• M.Sc. degree in a scientific or business-related field or demonstrable equivalent experience • Proven experience working with gas chromatography and/or mass spectrometry instruments. • Professional experience in routine laboratory environments (food, environmental, or industrial) is welcome. • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Fluent German and English language skills.
