📋 Description

• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local government grant requirements. • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Conduct internal monitoring, audits, file reviews, and risk assessments. • Prepare for external monitoring visits and grant audits. • Partner with program and finance teams to ensure compliant documentation and reporting. • Develop and deliver compliance training for staff and subcontractors. • Provide leadership with compliance updates, recommendations, and continuous improvement strategies. • Ensure ongoing compliance with Thriving Texas Families (TTF), Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE), and other assigned government grants.

🎯 Requirements

• Committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. • Agreement with The Source's Statement of Principle, Statement of Faith, and organizational policies. • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field. • Three to five years of experience in government grant compliance, grant administration, auditing, or a related field. • Strong analytical, organizational, research, and project management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Ability to interpret and apply federal and state regulations.
