📋 Description

• Organize and oversee the department’s daily operational tasks and personnel • Test all streaming events to ensure proper functionality • Support and escalate issues from the moment an event begins until it is finalized • Set up and maintain daily operation sheets and trackers • Confirm operator setups and supervise events for their duration • Operate events without active slating requirements, as needed • Coordinate with other departments on routine troubleshooting, unexpected issues, and schedule changes • Monitor all events under the role’s purview • Complete other tasks needed to successfully fulfill the role

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of experience as an operator or in a similar role in live streaming operations • Availability to work weekends and holidays, including evenings and overnight • Fast internet and a quiet environment to work in • Basic computer proficiency, including common word processors, spreadsheets, Microsoft Teams, and email • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, ability to learn new tasks quickly, and problem-solving ability • Ability to multitask and prioritize actions in a fast-paced production environment • Familiarity with major sports and ability to learn new sports and live event structures quickly • Familiarity with some of the company’s live streaming platforms • High School diploma or equivalent experience required • Previous supervising experience preferred • Familiarity with video editing software preferred • Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office, preferred • Experience in a live production environment preferred
