Candidates are eager to learn, customer focused, an effective communicator, self-initiating and can perform most tasks without direct oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience in supporting Windows / Linux in an enterprise environment. • Experience with Windows, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and certificates. • Linux OS configuration and troubleshooting preferred. • A college degree or equivalent in Information Systems or related field. Unique education, specialized experience, skills, knowledge, training, or certification may be substituted for education. • Managed Services or Consulting experience is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain collaborative and positive working relationships at all levels. • Skilled in achieving results in a customer centric environment. • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with performance monitoring tools – Elastic, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, etc. • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of business via phone, written communication, and in person. • Team collaboration, responsiveness, ability to multi-task. • Strong sense of urgency, ability to set priorities and perform the job with little guidance.
