📋 Description

• Lead strategic discovery sessions with client stakeholders from frontline staff to C-suite • Surface bottlenecks, quantify impact, and understand client priorities • Model current-state processes and data flows • Design future-state workflows using improved tools, data, and automation • Evaluate and select SaaS, AI, and integration options based on speed, cost, and scalability • Draft phased implementation roadmaps for development teams and executives • Translate technical trade-offs into clear narratives for CFOs and developers • Coach client stakeholders through change and address concerns during system rollouts • Partner with Automation Developers to validate designs, test edge cases, and ensure delivery quality • Produce clear workflows, requirements, and data diagrams that developers can implement and quote • Advise executives in strategic technology discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting with hands-on process design for mid-market clients • Experience in consulting, agency, or internal transformation roles • Process design mastery, including diagramming complex workflows and identifying bottlenecks • Familiarity with relational schemas, API patterns, data architecture, and system hand-offs • SaaS market fluency across CRMs, ERPs, and automation platforms • Cross-industry experience • Strong facilitation and communication skills, including stakeholder interviews through the C-suite • Technical literacy in tool and workflow integration and modern automation • Ability to distinguish no-code from custom development approaches • Ability to identify practical AI applications and build demos or use cases for non-technical leaders • Familiarity with no-code tools such as Zapier, Airtable, or Make • Familiarity with mid-market CRMs and ERPs and implementation/integration considerations • Understanding of mid-market technology budgets, timelines, and resources • Basic SQL or Python skills for data analysis or proof-of-concept work • Experience helping non-technical teams adopt new workflows
