• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA processes using UiPath • Analyze business requirements and assess automation feasibility • Manage RPA project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication • Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices • Monitor and maintain existing RPA processes in production • Identify new automation opportunities and conduct Proof of Concept (PoC)
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UiPath-based RPA development • Proven experience in RPA project management (as Project Lead or PM) • Strong skills in process analysis and design • Proficiency in scripting languages (C#, VB.NET, Python) • Basic knowledge of SQL and databases • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (preferred) • Experience in RPA projects across industries such as finance, manufacturing, or retail (preferred) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred) • Experience with cloud environments (UiPath Orchestrator on Azure/AWS) (preferred)
