• As the Lead Creative Designer, you'll be the visual storyteller and brand champion for Thrill.com. • You'll be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns and assets that capture the excitement of our crypto casino platform and attract a global audience. • Your passion for design, deep understanding of marketing principles, and leadership skills will be essential in establishing Thrill.com as a leading brand in the iGaming space. • Contribute to the development and evolution of Thrill.com's brand strategy and visual identity. • Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials. • Support other brand related efforts (e.g.: employer branding). • Conceptualise and design eye-catching marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.). • Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and tailor designs to their preferences. • Create a variety of marketing assets, including social media graphics, banners, landing pages, email templates, and presentations. • Independently lead design projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery. • Effectively manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. • Oversee less experienced designers to ensure they can contribute effectively and grow in their roles. • Work closely with the design team to ensure consistency between user interfaces, game assets and marketing materials. • Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and marketing best practices in the iGaming industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create impactful marketing campaigns and brand assets. • Experience leading other designers. • Proven experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines. • A deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, particularly in the digital space. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the iGaming landscape. • Experience in the iGaming or crypto gaming industry. • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
