📋 Description

• Provide high-quality facilitation, coaching, and mentorship to program participants • Ensure consistent quality learning experiences • Lead participants through virtual online platforms and virtual online learning • Guide knowledge transfer of best practices, expertise, tools, and resources • Collaborate with the training team on Train-the-Trainer faculty development • Support effective use of educational technology across varied instructional modes • Work collaboratively with a wellness-focused team serving First Nations communities and treatment centres

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Education, Information Technology, or Computer Science plus 2 years’ related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Information Technology, or Computer Science and 5 years’ work experience • Excellent knowledge of online learning systems and web/digital delivery tools • Cultural competence and ability to interact effectively within First Nation communities/societies • Skills in researching and evaluating online learning standards, web-based platforms, and curriculum development • Knowledge of various teaching and instructional methods • Strong knowledge of technical writing • Knowledge of needs assessment and research methods • Excellent writing skills in English and ability to communicate clearly • Hands-on experience with MS Office • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders • Ability to function autonomously with minimal supervision and adapt to change • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality • Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Able to access worksites not accessible by public transportation
