📋 Description

• Assist with the preparation of ETF registration statements, including statutory prospectuses, summary prospectuses, statements of additional information, initial, annual, and amended registration statement filings, and supplemental filings. • Create and manage timelines associated with all registration-related filings. • Collaborate with internal teams including Compliance, Marketing, and Fund Administration. • Coordinate with external legal counsel, auditing firms, and service providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of ETF or mutual fund registration statement experience is required. • Associate’s degree is preferred, though previous directly related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. • Knowledge of Form N-1A and SEC EDGAR filing form types is required. • Experience with a mutual fund or ETF prospectus management tool is preferred but not required. • Self-starter with strong organizational and proofreading skills, solid communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), and above average drafting/writing skills. • Strong ability to prioritize and work concurrently on a variety of projects. • The ability to work well independently and collaborate, often within tight time constraints. • Resourcefulness in problem-solving. • Strong Microsoft Word skills are required. • Ability to adapt to new software and processes. • Knowledge of SEC rules and regulations applicable to ETFs is desired, but not required.
