âą Own and drive PMO responsible for strategic best practices and executing product delivery and digital transformation initiatives. âą Develop organizational project management and product delivery capabilities, standards and behaviors for effective coordination and prioritization of projects. âą Lead change management strategy for enterprise projects, including stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, readiness planning, and adoption measurement. âą Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to identify change risks, address resistance, and build alignment. âą Lead cross-functional project teams, identify systems and processes to drive operational excellence, and support internal stakeholders to ensure they are delivering for our partners. âą Develop strong rapport with internal stakeholders to promote service improvements and prioritize new feature enhancements based on partner and team needs. âą Coordinate testing of implementation, conduct training, and facilitate communication and alignment across teams. âą Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and spending plans to ensure initiatives are delivered within approved financial parameters.
âą 7 years of direct experience and relevant bachelor's degree; or 9 years of relevant experience âą 3 years of experience must be in supervisory, project, or technical leadership capacity âą PMP or Agile certification is strongly preferred âą MBA degree or comparable years or relevant experience preferred âą Experience in change management across complex organizations âą Experience leading and successfully delivering team engagements that require identification, prioritization, design, and implementation of scalable solutions âą Strong technology fluency âą Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other CRM and ERP systems
