🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Game Experience Designer • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools • Strong analytical skills in player behavior and feedback interpretation • Extensive experience conducting user interviews and usability testing • Expertise in interaction and motion design, animation principles, and 2D asset implementation • Deep understanding of game mechanics and accessibility best practices (e.g., colorblind modes, UX clarity) • Solid grasp of graphic design principles and game sound design
