• Proven experience owning and scaling paid acquisition in a B2B SaaS environment • Strong track record of improving funnel performance, attribution, and conversion rates • Experience working closely with SDR teams and pipeline generation programs • Experience operationalizing intent data, enrichment, and signal-based workflows • Experience building or optimizing lifecycle marketing and onboarding journeys • Experience working with or implementing marketing attribution and analytics tools • Deep familiarity with modern marketing, data, and automation tooling • Experience applying automation and AI to marketing or GTM workflows • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in execution • Comfortable working cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
