📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of commerce specialists and people managers. • Own and manage key client relationships as the senior Commerce leader. • Champion Tinuiti’s product and technology suite within commerce delivery. • Oversee the analysis of complex commerce performance data; ensure recommendations are evidence‑based, measurable, and tied to client KPIs. • Oversee development and execution of comprehensive commerce strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in commerce / e‑commerce / retail media / marketplace roles, • 5+ years leading teams (ICs and/or managers) • Strong familiarity with commerce media and marketplace ecosystems (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Criteo and similar) • Comfortable guiding teams in data interpretation, testing fundamentals, and measurement‑informed decision making • Proven ability to partner with Client Partners, Creative, Analytics, and other channels to deliver cohesive commerce strategies. • Strong executive‑ready storytelling and client presence; able to drive alignment, decisions, and accountability.
