• Leading the technical and solution-oriented aspects of our sales process • Partnering with Account Executives to deeply understand customer needs • Demonstrating Titan’s AI platform capabilities • Guiding prospects through discovery, evaluation, and technical validation • Conducting detailed discovery sessions to understand customer technical, product, and operational requirements • Preparing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations aligned to customer needs • Acting as the trusted product and solution expert throughout the sales cycle • Articulating the business and technical value of Titan’s platform clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Collaborating closely with Account Executives to develop winning strategies • Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff from pre-sales to post-sales delivery
• 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role supporting enterprise SaaS or AI sales • Knowledge of and experience within banking, financial services, AI, SaaS, lending, or credit industries • Proven ability to lead technical discovery and tailor demos to meet complex enterprise requirements • Strong communication skills — able to clearly and confidently explain technical concepts to diverse audiences • Ability to build trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders across all levels of seniority • Strong understanding of how to qualify and translate customer pain points into solution alignment • Highly organized with a disciplined, proactive approach to managing multiple complex opportunities • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment • Willingness to travel 10–20%
