📋 Description

• Provide empathetic support and encouragement online through listening, questioning and engagement • Convey complex and emotionally sensitive ideas through written content

🎯 Requirements

• You are a currently licensed mental health provider • You are bilingual/fluent in English and French • You are experienced in working with risk, understanding risk mitigation and escalation, and respecting professional boundaries • You have the ability to remain calm and make clear decisions under pressure and to manage graphic content without judgement • You are available for a minimum of two 6 hour shifts a week, with some flexibility to cover weekend and evening shifts • You are flexible and willing to contribute, where you can, to ad-hoc out of hours support for our French platform as well as being able to offer cover on an overtime basis
