• Ability to own business metrics: paying users, conversion from registration to payment, and marketplace balance between client and operator sides across both domains (general and life code). • Translate business goals into clear product priorities, roadmap, and backlog, coordinating marketing, operations, and product/engineering so efforts are sequenced and not duplicated. • Design and own the end-to-end funnel: from marketing touchpoints to onboarding, activation, and first payment, across both the client and operator sides of the marketplace. • Formalize and run experimentation on existing hypotheses and soft-launch learnings: prioritize them, turn them into experiments, measure impact, and iterate “by hand” where needed. • Partner closely with marketing to design acquisition channels and messages that bring the right users who are likely to convert and retain. • Own onboarding, education, and in-product nudges so users clearly understand the “Tendem = Uber for tasks” value, reach first success quickly, and move from trial/registration to paid usage.
• 5–7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of business outcomes (revenue, conversions, paid users) in marketplace products. • Proven track record of building and optimizing acquisition–activation–monetization funnels, ideally in early-stage products with many manual processes. • Experience in product-led growth companies is a plus • Experience with two-sided marketplaces or platforms where supply–demand balance is a plus • Strong data literacy: ability to define metrics, read dashboards, and make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative input. • Hands-on, “roll up sleeves” mindset: comfortable manually refining processes after soft launch and iterating quickly on scrappy solutions. • Proven record of leading a cross-functional group (marketing, agency infrastructure team, ~20+ people) around the user and revenue goals, not around functions. • Excellent communication in English; ability to clearly articulate hypotheses, decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
