📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Integrations Developers and Business System Administrators • Own the team's engineering practices — code review standards, testing, CI/CD, and documentation • Own the technical roadmap for business systems • Guide the team through the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, technical design, build, testing, and release • Run team rituals (sprint planning, standups, retros, backlog grooming) and manage delivery timelines • Serve as the primary technical contact and escalation point for MuleSoft, Salesforce, NetSuite • Build monitoring, alerting, and maintenance into standard engineering practice • Define scalable support request intake process, and drive resolution of production issues • Manage matrixed offshore team and professional services engagements • Define and track engineering success metrics • Own budget, vendor, and resourcing decisions • Build team capability for the long term

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering or technical teams • Deep technical background with hands-on development or architecture experience • Solid software engineering fundamentals, with hands-on experience in a back-end language such as Java • Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or a similar iPaaS platform • Experience with software development best practices: Agile/scrum, CI/CD • Proven ability to establish and run software quality processes in an ERP/CRM landscape • Experience administering or architecting on NetSuite in a production environment • A track record of recruiting, mentoring, and growing engineers • Efficient, organized, and detail-oriented • Self-motivated and always learning
