• Topcon Positioning Ireland is looking for a motivated and committed Distributor Sales Manager. • Responsible for leading our distribution sales efforts in IRE & NI. • Manage relationships with distribution partners and directly with our Key Accounts. • Develop and implement sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring effective distribution in the market. • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance. • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in distribution sales or end customers. • A qualification or experience in Geomatics or Civil Engineering role is preferred, but not essential. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through distribution channels. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and customers. • Self-motivated, able to work independently with strong desire to generate business. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop relationships with distribution partners. • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive sales strategies and plans. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed. • The candidate should be proficient in English language (both written and speaking). • The selected candidate lives or is resident in Ireland or Northern Ireland.
