📋 Description

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers • Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day) • Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools • Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions • Create excitement and enthusiasm among prospects through consultative selling • Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities • Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Solve customer challenges, sometimes with limited guidance, using creativity and initiative

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred) • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic • Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills • Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry • A proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals.
