📋 Description

• Define and deliver value: Translate instructor and student needs into clear outcomes, measurable goals, and product hypotheses • Run rapid experiments: Curate small, focused experiments to de-risk ideas early and validate customer value • Collaborate closely with engineering and design: Co-plan with engineering managers and partner with design for accessible experiences • Leverage data and AI: Use analytics and emerging AI technologies to uncover insights and enhance engagement • Deliver and iterate with care: Manage end-to-end delivery of features and launch, measurement, and iteration • Communicate context: Keep stakeholders aligned through clear storytelling and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or platform environment • A technical foundation — comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, or system trade-offs with engineers • A data-informed mindset — ability to analyze data, write SQL, and build/refine dashboards in BI tools • Experience running experiments — A/B tests, prototypes, or lightweight validation approaches • Interest in AI technologies, looking for practical applications • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • A growth mindset — fast learner, adaptable, sees challenges as opportunities to improve
