📋 Description

• Ensure strategic initiatives move from concept to delivery with quality, predictability, and alignment between business, technology, and stakeholders. • Lead the portfolio of strategic programs from planning through delivery. • Orchestrate multiple squads/projects, ensuring alignment of objectives. • Define roadmaps, goals, KPIs, and monitor results. • Facilitate communication between business, product, and technology teams. • Manage risks, dependencies, scope, and prioritization. • Implement and evolve governance and management frameworks (agile/hybrid). • Report executive-level status and support high-impact decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Program Manager / Manager of Programs in a technology or digital products environment. • Proven track record leading multiple projects/squads simultaneously. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and hybrid models. • Analytical ability to define and track KPIs and OKRs. • Excellent communication skills with both technical audiences and executives. • Advanced English for conversations, stakeholder interaction, and documentation.
