• Support business development and proposal activities. • Ensure contract documentation, opportunity tracking, and internal systems are maintained and aligned with federal regulations and company standards. • Assist with preparation and review of proposal materials: compliance checks, volume reviews, and proposal folder organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute compliance activities efficiently and accurately.
• Must reside in a qualified HUBZone. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Government, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Minimum 2 years of experience in federal contracting, compliance, or proposal coordination. • Solid understanding of the federal acquisition process, and solicitation requirements. • Ability to work well under tight deadlines while not letting the pressure overwhelm you. • Demonstrated ability to track and manage federal contracting opportunities through government portals (APFS, FPDS, USA Spending and the like) and internal systems (such as our GovWin account, internal SharePoint). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, with strong record-keeping and version control skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with proven success meeting multiple deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
