📋 Description

• Support Head of Strategy & Growth on high-impact, high-stakes projects and execution • Develop and refine go-to-market launch strategies, pricing models, and customer acquisition frameworks • Build financial models and scenario analyses to guide strategic decision-making • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities • Leverage platform data and user behavioral insights to identify product expansion opportunities across life stages, categories, demographics, and geographies • Analyze key business metrics, model revenue projections, define KPIs, and build dashboards (leveraging tools like Google Analytics) • Identify customer needs, formulate target personas, design product bundles, iterate on features, and refine value propositions • Develop business development and strategic partnership strategies and roadmaps for brand and corporate collaborations and sales channels • Optimize processes for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Experts onto the Sam platform while expanding category offerings • Inform retail marketplace strategy and digital marketplace operations, including online-to-offline retail initiatives • Execute both strategic analyses and operational workstreams in an early-stage startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• Current MBA student • Strong background in business strategy, product development, market analysis, recruiting, business intelligence, retail operations, business development, or strategic partnerships • Track record of excellence in consulting, tech startups, or retail marketplaces • Structured problem-solver able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights • Confident communicator with strong storytelling and data-driven narrative skills • Entrepreneurial and proactive; comfortable working in ambiguity and executing in a fast-moving environment • Analytically rigorous with demonstrated experience in market research and data-driven decision-making • Detail-oriented and organized; adept at managing multiple projects while collaborating • Curious, empathetic, and user-focused with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn • Creative, resourceful, and hands-on strategic thinker eager to experiment and scale ideas • Mission-driven with passion for advancing women’s equity and social impact • Proficient in Google Suite and collaborative workflows and tools
