📋 Description
• Connect with Toyota customers via inbound and outbound calls to discuss their insurance needs • Review, customize, and present quotes across products including Auto, Home, Umbrella, and RV/Boat • Clearly articulate coverage options and highlight the value of our insurance solutions • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the best protection strategies • Build trust through expert guidance and position yourself as a go-to advisor • Consistently meet or exceed sales and close-rate performance goals
🎯 Requirements
• Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required • Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual capabilities are a plus • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • Minimum 2 years P&C/PL insurance sales experience required • Experience with Agency Management Software and Microsoft Office required • Strong ability to persuade and influence others, overcome objections, close sales
