📋 Description
• Create and maintain ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines • Writing efficient, reusable, reliable, and scalable code • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT, streaming) to support analytics, business needs, machine learning, and team services. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise data workflows for efficiency and availability. • Review and improve the overall data services architecture • Contribute to system architecture and design to enhance data infrastructure • Support and refactor legacy code • Enhance and optimise existing code for scalability and efficiency. • Implement security and data protection solutions • Ensure data security, governance, and compliance • Maintain and develop data quality processes through validation, monitoring, and automated testing.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience of 3+ years in a similar role • 2+ commercial projects under the belt • Fluency in English • Core: Core Python • Core: SQL • Core: DWH • Core: GIT • Core: DBT • Advantage: Clickhouse • Advantage: High-load services • Advantage: Cloud-first architecture (AWS preferable, but not a must) • Advantage: CI/CD (Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation etc) • Advantage: Redshift • Advantage: Spark/AWS Glue/Databricks • Advantage: Airflow • Advantage: Kafka/Streaming tools • Advantage: NoSQL • Advantage: Linux • Advantage: Faust framework • Understanding of integrations with BI tools Tableau/Superset
