🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. •5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to React. •Deep understanding of React principles and patterns, including but not limited to compound, presentational and HOC patterns. •Experience in implementing caching strategies or asynchronous state management for high data load applications. •Strong knowledge in web performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility. •Experience working across engineering teams and other functions in building alignment, driving decision making, and communicating transparentlyExperience mentoring and helping in the development of engineers and peers.
