• Develop and lead strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue, profit, and YoY growth • Take ownership of growth initiatives across multiple brands, managing and executing strategies from platform setup to the final customer experience • Lead media buying efforts across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube with monthly budgets exceeding $1,000,000 • Develop and refine the media buying setup, optimizing campaign structures and creative strategies for long-term sustainability • Own the creative strategy for each product, targeting the right audience on each platform while maintaining brand consistency • Identify and prioritize key improvements (20/80 rule) to optimize conversion rates and drive continuous growth • Manage and improve the upselling funnel using proprietary one-click upsell software, maximizing revenue per customer • Ensure a seamless user experience across the entire product funnel, from the media platform messaging to the final thank you page.
• At least 5 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and strategize based on data insights • Proven experience managing large media budgets, exceeding $1M/month on platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to work cross-functionally with creative, engineering, and marketing teams • A strategic thinker with the ability to identify key opportunities to drive growth and efficiency • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and results-driven • Experience managing customer acquisition, upselling, and maximizing profit per visitor • Solid understanding of media buying setup, campaign structures, and creative strategies to ensure consistent, long-term growth.
