• Design and implement assessment methods • Serve as a tech evangelist and subject matter expert for stakeholders • Analyze customer’s business and products/services • Plan releases with stakeholder-approved schedules • Identify incident causes, manage workarounds, and known errors • Manage project execution within the business context • Lead cross-functional team meetings and sessions • Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital best practices • Allocate staff and contractors efficiently
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years experience as Technical Leader or Lead Architect • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce platform development • 4+ years of people management • Advanced English level • Demonstrated hands-on experience with coding React and Typescript • Deeper understanding on Micro-Service Architecture, AWS, CI/CD • Strong structured thinking skills • Sales & Communication skills
