📋 Description

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors • Create and present project Agendas, Status Reports, and other project documentation to customers and Illumia project teams • Track and analyze projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement, and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, and deficits • Maintain and report projects pipeline and monthly forecasting • Track and analyze project performance, schedule, and report to management on the changes to project scope, and project schedule, being able to suggest the improvements to all the above • Report and escalate to management as needed • Close project and transition project deliverables to operations • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO by participating in team meetings and providing feedback and suggestions on processes and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects in a software environment for a minimum of three years, preferably within Healthcare or Higher Ed • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual teams • Ability to work under pressure • Experience with task scheduling • Excellent written and verbal business communication skills • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project and Professional Services Tools such as Kantata • Experienced user of MS Office toolset • Project Management Certification a plus
