• Drives company objectives and sales targets through strong relationships with distributors / wholesalers and customers • Promotes and sells all Delicato Family Wines brands to meet and/or exceed company sales quotas • Develops and maintains strong relationships with distributor / wholesaler partners • Schedules and leads effective distributor/ wholesaler meetings • Develops key account and target lists; cultivates relationships at top level accounts • Executes assigned programs and introduces creative programs based on market needs • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners • Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Conducts wine tastings and events with distributors/ wholesalers
• Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) or equivalent education and/or experience • 1-3 years in wine or adjacent industry or consumer packaged goods; experience with managing distributor/ wholesaler relationships preferred • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle required with an acceptable driving record • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications • Strong foundational communication skills • Engagement in learning and development opportunities • Demonstrates curiosity and values continuous improvement
