📋 Description

• Manage client account balances and monitor outstanding debts and credits. • Collect and verify all information required to accurately process billing transactions. • Review and validate data entered into the system to ensure accuracy of final invoices. • Generate and distribute invoices to customers in a timely and professional manner. • Record and post received payments accurately. • Send payment reminders and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances, as assigned. • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies or concerns promptly and courteously. • Prepare and provide billing activity reports to management as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Strong mathematical and analytical skills. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office or administrative environment. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
