• 4+ years of experience in some combination of: • Highly strategic work such as investment banking or consulting • Being an operator at a start-up • Previous experience tackling ambiguous and greenfield projects. • Strong written communication skills. We’re a documentation-first culture. • Desire and ability to work autonomously and drive your work. Tremendous is not a great fit for people who default to waiting for instructions.
