📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy that aligns with our editorial and commercial goals • Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliate partnerships with brands, retailers, and networks within the endurance sports industry • Supporting the Commercial Director to grow partnerships beyond just affiliate • Optimise existing affiliate relationships to maximise revenue and engagement • Collaborate with editorial and content teams to integrate affiliate links organically within articles, gear reviews, and other content formats • Manage the review process end-to-end from identifying products to test, arranging testers to trial the products and return reviews for publication • Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyse data, and provide regular reports to optimise strategies and identify growth opportunities • Negotiate commission structures and incentives with partners to maximise profitability • Stay up to date with industry trends, new affiliate opportunities, and best practices in digital publishing and e-commerce • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines in affiliate marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital media, or e-commerce • Strong understanding of affiliate networks (e.g., Awin, CJ, Avantlink, Impact, Amazon Associates) and direct brand partnerships • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimising performance using tools like Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards, and Excel/Google Sheets • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners • Experience working with content teams to integrate affiliate strategies effectively • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills • Passion for endurance sports (running, cycling, triathlon, etc.) is a plus
