📋 Description

• Ensure all call center employees adhere to established work schedules • Optimize employee productivity by establishing workflow-based work schedules • Monitor employee productivity and meet with employees below established standards • Set goals and work with employees toward goal attainment • Mentor and coach employees; assess individual needs and establish development plans • Establish corrective action plans when appropriate to improve individual performance • Ensure the team understands and executes departmental and organizational policies and procedures • Monitor a minimum of two calls per person per month and review trainer audits • Provide immediate positive and constructive feedback after monitoring sessions • Demonstrate teamwork and promote continuous improvement • Handle difficult and complex questions regarding policies and procedures • Handle incoming phone calls when necessary • Schedule PTO and overtime requests according to departmental requirements • Complete all performance appraisals on time • Monitor the ACD screen to ensure calls are answered promptly and employees are in the appropriate status • Monitor the un-dispatched by priority screen in DDF • Review screen 19 and ensure STAT cases are handled or escalated appropriately • Assist area managers with call recording tool requests and follow up on call center issues • Check inbound faxes for orders and distribute them for prompt entry

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven leadership ability within a call center environment • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Ability to learn the internal DDF database program • In-depth knowledge of Teletrac • Must reside within 50 miles of 3424 Midcourt Road, Suite 112, Carrollton, Texas 75006
